We roll out around your production.
Not against it.

Most dyeing units are fully live in 6–9 weeks. Your machines keep running throughout. We start with discovery and sign-off, work through data import and training, and roll out modules sequentially so nothing stops on the floor.

How implementation works

01

Discovery & sign-off

We map your current floor and back-office processes — machines, dye recipes, batch flow, quality workflow, and dispatch. Gap analysis followed by a TO-BE walkthrough. Owner sign-off before any configuration or data changes begin.

Week 1–2
02

Master data clean-up & import

Dye recipes, fabric masters, chemical inventory, customer and party records imported from your existing files — no manual re-entry. We work from your registers and spreadsheets. Operator and supervisor accounts are created during this stage.

Week 2–5
03

Training

Role-specific training scheduled around your shifts. Floor operators on batch entry and machine tracking; supervisors on quality approvals and stage reports; owners on dashboards and BI reports. Typically 2–3 sessions per role, 2 hours each.

Week 5–6
04

Phased go-live

Batch tracking and material requests go live first. Quality and BI reports follow as your team settles in. Modules deploy sequentially — machines keep running throughout. Dispatch and accounts cut over once the production team is comfortable.

Week 6–9

Common questions

How long does implementation take?
Most dyeing units are fully live in 6–9 weeks across four phases: discovery and sign-off, master data import, training, and phased go-live. Your machines keep running throughout — modules deploy sequentially so nothing stops on the floor.
What does the discovery phase involve?
We map your current floor and back-office processes — machines, dye recipes, batch flow, quality workflow, and dispatch. We prepare a TO-BE proposal and get owner sign-off before any configuration or data changes begin.
Can you import our existing recipe and master data?
Yes. Dye recipes, fabric masters, chemical inventory, and customer records are imported from your existing files — we work from your registers and spreadsheets. No manual re-entry from scratch.
Will our operators actually use it?
Operators enter batch data from a phone or shared screen on the floor. Training is role-specific — typically 2–3 sessions per role, 2 hours each, scheduled around your shifts. We follow up after go-live to make sure adoption holds.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The mobile app supports 4-point inspection, folding operations, and dispatch management. The browser-based system also works on any phone without a separate app download.
Do you train in regional languages?
Yes. English, Hindi, and key regional languages depending on your cluster.
What support do we get after go-live?
WhatsApp-first support with a 2-hour response window during business hours. On-site help available for larger units. No ticketing system.
Is our recipe and customer data secure?
Your data stays yours. Daily backups, per-user access controls, and no third-party sharing. You can export everything at any time.
