🔒 Your data stays yours — daily backups, access controls, full export

For a faster, more useful first conversation — share these:

  • 1. How many machines you're running, and what type (Jigger, Jet Dyeing, Winch, Beam Dyeing, etc.)
  • 2. What fabrics you process (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.)
  • 3. What you're currently using — Tally, spreadsheets, paper registers, or another system
  • 4. What's hurting most today — shade approvals, batch tracking, chemical stock, or something else

You'll get an indicative fit assessment and, if it looks right, a 30-minute screen-share where we show you MobiOffice on a real batch — not a demo dataset.

Before you reach out

How long does implementation take?
Most dyeing units are fully live in 6–9 weeks across four phases: discovery and sign-off, master data import, training, and phased go-live. Your machines keep running throughout — modules deploy sequentially so nothing stops on the floor.
What does the discovery phase involve?
We map your current floor and back-office processes — machines, dye recipes, batch flow, quality workflow, and dispatch. We prepare a TO-BE proposal and get owner sign-off before any configuration or data changes begin.
Can you import our existing recipe and master data?
Yes. Dye recipes, fabric masters, chemical inventory, and customer records are imported from your existing files — we work from your registers and spreadsheets. No manual re-entry from scratch.
Will our operators actually use it?
Operators enter batch data from a phone or shared screen on the floor. Training is role-specific — typically 2–3 sessions per role, 2 hours each, scheduled around your shifts. We follow up after go-live to make sure adoption holds.
